Adam Seligson is a graduate of New York Restaurant School. His culinary background includes more than 25 years in kitchens. In these hotels he ran all aspects of the food and beverage program. Adam has 25 years of catering experience from small dinner parties to 500 person affairs. He has experience in orchestrating these events from start to finish. With the past 20 years in the corporate food industry running services in office buildings, this includes menu planning, menu pricing, and being responsible for all budget management including: payroll, food cost, paper costs, and kitchen production. Adam put all of his knowledge into becoming a co-owner of Culinary Sensations for the past 15 years
Charlie Mandemaker is a graduate from the Culinary Institute Of America. Charlie has worked as a catering chef for large hotels and convention centers in California and New York. He has managed business dining accounts, schools and camps for the past 30 years; everything from small cafés to large volume accounts with executive dining, catering and vending. Charlie has been involved in every aspect of the operation including menus, pricing, inventory, budgets, hiring and training. Charlie has been a co-owner of Culinary Sensations management corporation for the past 15 years
